Shipping and handling
Shipping is free for customers . Please note that you may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or fees depending on your delivery destination. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not collected or controlled by our Online Store. While shipping is free, these additional costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. RAS couture reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecision, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution. If an online payment was made, the customer will either be offered for the other product in same amount or a refund. A refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase and
the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 4-10 days.
