How to place an order?

Access the items through the collection tab on the menu.
You can choose the collections from the drop-down menu and then sort items by size, length and colour or simply scroll to see the images. Once you click on the image, you can select the size and quantity before adding it to the shopping cart.
You will get the option of proceeding to checkout or continue shopping. If you’ve added all the items you need to the shopping cart then press review your order button. It will direct you to the page where you’ll be asked to enter your Name, Number, Email and Password for creating a RAS account which can be used for future purchase too.
After you’ve created your account, enter billing and shipping address accordingly. You will receive a confirmation call after which your order will be processed and you will get the status of it through email.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer complimentary shipping on all online orders, with delivery typically completed within 2 weeks. 

Please note that you may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or fees depending on your delivery destination. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not collected or controlled by our Online Store. While shipping is free, these additional costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

What is return and exchange policy?

Our shipping partners include DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, Royal Mail, Chronopost, and Aramex.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please complete the Return Form using your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. You may also exchange items at
boutique by presenting your airway bill and invoice.
If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.
